The Office of Institutional Effectiveness assists the entire institution with continuous improvement, making data-enhanced decisions, and external accountability. The Office of Institutional Effectiveness collects and disseminates information relevant to data-enhanced decision-making for strategic planning and improvement. This mission is accomplished through ongoing assessment, institutional research, and program review processes on campus; through the monitoring and reporting of performance indicators with the Kansas Board of Regents; and through accreditation activities at the regional, state, and national levels.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness will assist the institution in achieving both its mission and its vision. The office will lead the institution in the integration of planning, assessment, institutional research, program review, and accreditation to facilitate data-enhanced decision-making that will support continuous quality improvement.
