The Kansas Board of Regents (KBOR) has established indicators of quality, which are known as minima indicators, as part of program review. These minima are used at all state universities. During the program review process, disciplines falling below the minima are identified. Although some programs may below the minima criteria, the program may also be of high quality and/or serve a supporting role on the campus. Minima are only one criteria in the overall program review process. Minima are established as an average computed over the most recent five year period.
