The Student Perception of Teaching Effectiveness (SPTE) has been used as the official evaluation instrument on campus for a number of years for traditional face to face classes. It is norm based to be used for both evaluative and improvement purposes. The SPTE is also used at Wichita State University (WSU) and includes both questions (bubble sheet) and a sheet for student comments.
After the completion of the evaluation period in fall and spring, PSU returns the completed evaluations to WSU for processing and creating results.
